Key Responsibilities:

• Help with identifying correct stakeholders for file shares

• Work together with other Analyst on mapping shares to correct owners

• Receive correct information needed for correct mapping from stakeholders

• Creation and distribution of questionnaires on basis of template

• Communicate with stakeholders on daily basis either via chat, phone or e-mail

• Organize and set up online sessions with stakeholders

• Follow up on requests

• Prepare weekly and monthly reporting for management

• Prepare and communicate with share owners on dates for migration

• Support File Services Project as second Business Analyst

Experience Requirements (Essential):

• Experience with stakeholder identification and mapping

• Strong communication skills for daily stakeholder engagement

• Ability to create and distribute questionnaires

• Experience with organizing online sessions and meetings

• Skills in preparing weekly and monthly management reporting

• Ability to coordinate migration planning and communication

• Experience working with file services and data migration projects

• Strong organizational and follow-up skills

This job is hybrid from - Warsaw or Gdansk
