About the Role

We’re looking for a warm, professional, and solution-oriented Customer Support / Guest Relations Specialist to join our team in Antalya.As the voice of our company, you’ll communicate directly with our guests, ensuring they enjoy a seamless and memorable stay from the moment they book until check-out. You’ll collaborate closely with our operations and housekeeping teams to respond to guest messages, phone calls, and service requests efficiently and with care.

What You’ll Do

• Respond to guest messages and calls in a friendly, timely, and professional manner.
• Handle guest requests and coordinate with the operations department to ensure smooth resolutions.
• Provide information and assistance before, during, and after guest stays.
• Maintain accurate communication records and documentation in our system.
• Support the operations team with daily check-ins and check-outs when needed.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to enhance the guest experience.
• Prepare weekly or monthly performance and operations reports as requested by management.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus
• A patient, understanding, and empathetic personality with a genuine desire to help others.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Previous experience in tourism, hospitality, or customer service.
• Comfortable with a flexible schedule, including weekends or holidays if needed; we work as a team to ensure coverage when needed, but we also value personal time and balance 🌿
• Good reporting and organizational skills; able to prepare clear and accurate weekly and monthly reports.
• A proactive mindset, able to take initiative and find solutions in unexpected or challenging situations.
