Android Developer (Chatbot)

We are looking for a Android Developer to join our mobile team and build high-traffic, scalable systems.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with passionate teammates from different disciplines to develop Android applications used by millions of users
• Build solutions for high-traffic e-commerce scenarios with a strong focus on performance, security, and stability
• Develop and maintain real-time communication features for our chatbot module
• Implement and optimize socket-based communication (WebSocket, TCP/IP) for instant messaging experiences
• Ensure low-latency, reliable, and scalable messaging infrastructure on mobile side
• Translate functional requirements into a seamless and engaging user experience
• Write clean, sustainable, scalable, and well-architected high-quality code
• Contribute to all stages of the product lifecycle: analysis, design, development, testing, release, and maintenance
• Work closely with designers to create smooth, platform-appropriate, and visually compelling Android experiences

Who You Are

• Minimum 2 years of Android development experience
• Strong knowledge of Java/Kotlin and related Android frameworks (e.g., Jetpack, Compose, etc.)
• Experience with real-time systems and socket programming (WebSocket preferred)
• Good understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, connection lifecycle, retry strategies)
• Experienced in MVVM and Clean Architecture principles, with a strong background in developing sustainable, testable, and scalable application architectures
• Experience with Jira, Bitbucket, and Confluence
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze risks and deliver robust solutions
• Experience in handling real-time data streams, message queues, or chat/messaging systems is a plus
• Passionate about staying up to date with the latest Android technologies and mobile trends
• Love programming and are excited about building impactful user experiences
