AI-Enabled Full Stack Python Developer

About The Role

We are looking for a hands-on AI-enabled Full Stack Python Developer to design and build data-driven applications enhanced with modern AI/LLM capabilities. This role combines strong software engineering fundamentals with rapid prototyping, AI integration, and business problem solving.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop scalable solutions, build internal tools, and deliver high-impact applications leveraging the latest AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full stack applications with a strong focus on Python backend and lightweight frontends
• Build AI-powered solutions using LLMs (e.g., OpenAI / Azure OpenAI) and prompt engineering techniques
• Design and develop user interfaces using tools like Streamlit or similar frameworks
• Integrate with APIs, databases, and external systems
• Translate business requirements into practical, scalable technical solutions
• Ensure code quality through testing, debugging, and best engineering practices
• Collaborate with stakeholders to iterate quickly and deliver value in an agile environment
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to enhance productivity and code quality
  
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in software development
• Strong proficiency in Python
• Experience in full stack development (backend + frontend fundamentals)
• Experience with data processing libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy)
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs and JSON-based integrations
• Familiarity with LLM concepts and prompt engineering
• Experience with OpenAI / Azure OpenAI or similar AI platforms
• Basic knowledge of SQL and/or NoSQL databases
• Experience with Git and modern development workflows
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
  
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Streamlit or similar rapid UI frameworks
• Familiarity with LangChain or similar LLM orchestration tools
• Understanding of testing frameworks (pytest, unittest)
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines
• Basic knowledge of financial, tax, or accounting domains
• Experience with AI-assisted coding tools, such as:
• GitHub Copilot
• Factory.ai
• CodeX
• ClaudeCode
