HR Assistant

Fixed-term for 12 months

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties (administrative side of medical visits, social fund related initiatives, health and safety checks)
  • Archive paper documents,
  • Compile and update employee records,
  • Prepare employee documents (employment certificates, referrals to medical exams, etc.)
  • Work on HR systems including Success Factors (to process employee personal details changes)
  • Update process documentation,
  • Support employees through phone support queue and ticketing system



CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Be interested in professional development in HR area
  • Have very good level of English; French or Spanish is additional advantage
  • Have good communication skills
  • Have problem solving skills
  • Have excellent attention to detail
  • Be curious to learn how to use HR systems, databases & spreadsheets.
  • Prior experience in HR area such as internships will be additional asset.
