HR Assistant
Fixed-term for 12 months
Łódź, Poland
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties (administrative side of medical visits, social fund related initiatives, health and safety checks)
- Archive paper documents,
- Compile and update employee records,
- Prepare employee documents (employment certificates, referrals to medical exams, etc.)
- Work on HR systems including Success Factors (to process employee personal details changes)
- Update process documentation,
- Support employees through phone support queue and ticketing system
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Be interested in professional development in HR area
- Have very good level of English; French or Spanish is additional advantage
- Have good communication skills
- Have problem solving skills
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Be curious to learn how to use HR systems, databases & spreadsheets.
- Prior experience in HR area such as internships will be additional asset.
