Human Resources Specialist

We’re a growing marketing technology company, building both innovative products and strong, people-centered foundations. As we continue to scale, we’re looking for an HR Specialist to join our team in Turkey, who wants to be part of that journey - not just execute processes, but help shape them.

This role is ideal for someone early in their HR career who is curious, hands-on, and motivated to take ownership. You’ll have space to learn, contribute, and see the direct impact of your work.

This is a full-time, Hybrid role in our Istanbul office at ARI Teknokent, Maslak.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting HR Manager in running end-to-end recruitment processes for both tech and non-tech roles
• Supporting onboarding and offboarding, making sure every step is smooth and well-organized
• Keeping employee data and HR documentation accurate and up to date
• Working with and improving our HRIS
• Ensuring compliance with Turkish and international labor laws
• Contributing to organizational development and helping us build scalable HR practices
• Supporting employee engagement initiatives (events, team activities, internal touchpoints)
• Acting as a reliable HR contact for employees across different locations

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• 1-3 years of HR experience, ideally in a tech or fast-paced environment
• Hands-on experience in recruitment, including sourcing and effective stakeholder collaboration
• Familiarity with HR systems (HRIS) and digital tools
• Solid knowledge of Turkish labor law
• English at B2 level or above
• Strong attention to detail and a structured, reliable way of working

Nice to Have

• Experience in a tech startup or scale-up environment
• Exposure to German labor law
• Confidence in using AI tools - you know how to write effective prompts and handle sensitive information responsibly
