Job Description

Join a project for our client in the EdTech industry and take the lead in setting up and improving agile delivery in an international environment. If you are passionate about creating effective processes supporting teams and driving meaningful results we would love to hear from you

Responsibilities

• Support Scrum teams in their daily work, making sure they follow Agile principles and run Scrum meetings effectively.
• Create, implement and improve Agile processes based on the needs of the team and the company.
• Remove obstacles that slow down the team and encourage self-organization and continuous improvement.
• Coach and help development teams, Product Owners and junior Scrum Masters grow their Agile skills.
• Work with stakeholders and leaders to keep projects transparent and ensure Agile is successfully adopted across the organization.
  
  

Profile / Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, including managing more than one Scrum team at the same time.
• Good knowledge of Agile methods and practical experience using them.
• Ability to create, put into practice and improve Agile processes for different teams and projects.
• Experience working on big projects or in large companies, including Agile transformations.
• Scrum Master certification like PSM II/III, CSP-SM or similar.
• Strong skills in running Scrum meetings and team workshops.
• Experience with Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, Miro or Azure DevOps.
• Experience coaching and mentoring teams, Product Owners and junior Scrum Masters.
• Good communication and people skills, able to solve conflicts and help teams work well together.
• Fluent English (at least B2 level).
