Responsibilities:

• Monitoring the correct execution of orders and responding to any irregularities
• Analyzing cryptocurrency projects and preparing business and technical specifications necessary for their implementation on the platform
• Monitoring the crypto market to expand XTB’s product offering
• Supporting the introduction of new products, including cooperation with other internal departments
• Cooperating with external crypto-related service providers
• Expanding internal company knowledge about cryptocurrencies
• Handling customer complaints
• Implementing solutions and practices that streamline and automate work processes

Requirements:

• Commercial experience in the crypto industry (exchange, broker, market maker, etc.) – Mandatory
• Experience in handling and monitoring exchange or brokerage trading
• Experience working with audit and legal documentation
• Knowledge of EU crypto regulations – MiCA
• English proficiency (minimum B2)
• Understanding of technical aspects of cryptocurrencies and blockchain, including: (transactions, wallets, PoW and PoS consensus mechanisms, smart contracts, ERC‑20)
• Knowledge of how cryptocurrency exchanges operate (CEX, DEX)
• Understanding of information security principles
• Experience in data processing and preparing reports, summaries, etc.
• (Optional) Investment experience in crypto
• (Optional) Knowledge of programming languages (Python, Solidity, Java) and SQL
