Arthur D. Little is accepting applications for fall internships at our Oslo office lasting between 2 and 5 months. We are looking for talented students with a genuine interest in strategy and management consulting. For the right candidate, we can provide a unique opportunity to learn and grow in a highly innovative and driven work environment. You will work as a junior team member in challenging client assignments together with experienced consultants that will provide guidance and help you develop.

As an Intern at Arthur D. Little, you will:

• Use strong quantitative and analytical abilities to integrate and assess data
• Develop customized analysis tools
• Synthesize analytical results to provide action-oriented recommendations
• Work with clients and team members to develop and implement innovative solutions
• Take initiative in both client engagements and internal projects
• Communicate results and discuss issues with project teams and, on occasion, clients
• Gain immediate responsibility for project deliverables

The role requires a high level of creative thinking and problem solving, combined with strong quantitative, interpersonal and team-working skills.

We are looking for candidates with sharp analytical skills, creativity, drive, excellent communication skills and a team-oriented spirit. Internship candidates should have completed their Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or similar with excellent results. Fluency in Norwegian and English is a requirement.
