JOB PURPOSE:
Support ADNOC Drilling’s investment activities by conducting financial analysis, valuation, due diligence, and performance monitoring of existing and potential investments. Contribute to informed investment decisions by providing analytical insights, ensuring alignment with ADNOC Group investment frameworks, governance requirements, and long-term strategic objectives.

Minimum Qualification
Support ADNOC Drilling’s investment activities by conducting financial analysis, valuation, due diligence, and performance monitoring of existing and potential investments. Contribute to informed investment decisions by providing analytical insights, ensuring alignment with ADNOC Group investment frameworks, governance requirements, and long-term strategic objectives.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Job Specific Accountabilities
- Support the evaluation of new investment opportunities, including joint ventures, strategic partnerships, and capital projects.
- Prepare financial models, valuations, and investment appraisals (e.g. NPV, IRR, sensitivity analysis).
- Support the preparation of investment papers, business cases, and presentations for internal committees and senior management.
- Monitor the financial and operational performance of existing investments and joint ventures against approved business plans.
- Support periodic reviews of investment portfolios, including risk assessment and return analysis.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to obtain required financial, operational, and strategic inputs for investment analysis.
- Ensure compliance with ADNOC Group investment policies, governance processes, and approval thresholds.
- Maintain accurate documentation, models, and records related to investment decisions and approvals.
- Support engagement with external advisors, consultants, and financial institutions as required.
- Comply with all UAE, ADNOC, ADNOC Drilling and client Legal, HSE and Asset Integrity Management codes of practice.
Minimum Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, ACCA, or MBA are an advantage
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in investments, corporate finance, transaction advisory, or valuation
- Experience in the energy, oil & gas, infrastructure, or industrial sectors is preferred
- Strong experience in financial modelling, investment appraisal, and business case development
- Familiarity with governance and approval processes in large organizations or government-related entities is an advantage
