TekStaff's Client has a current vacancy for an Intermediate Scrum Master.

Pay Rate Range: $60-73

Job Description

This is a 12 months contract located in Toronto/Ontario, Hybrid(4 days onsite, 1 day work from home)

MUST-HAVE Hard Skills:

1.) 2+ years of Scrum Master experience

2.) Ability to work with and support multiple pods at once

3.) CSM or PSM certification

4.) Jira and Confluence experience

SOFT SKILLS:

1.) Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

2.) Strong ability to multitask

3.) Very organized and strong interpersonal/relationship building skills

NICE-TO-HAVE

1.) Previous Client or banking experience

2.) Safe Scrum Master certification

3.) Clarity experience
