Business Analys/Product Owner/Scrum Master

We are seeking analytical, strategic, and agile-minded professionals to join our team as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Scrum Master.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy bridging business needs with technology, driving product delivery, and enabling high-performing agile teams.

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders
• Analyze processes, workflows, and system needs
• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications
• Support solution design and process improvement initiatives

• Define product vision, roadmap, and priorities
• Manage and refine product backlog
• Work closely with engineering and design teams to deliver features
• Ensure product alignment with business goals and user needs

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
• Support sprint execution and remove blockers for the team
• Ensure Agile best practices are followed
• Track delivery progress and team velocity

• Communicate with business, technical, and external stakeholders
• Align expectations and ensure smooth project delivery
• Present updates, reports, and product demos

• Degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 2–7+ years of experience in business analysis, product, or Agile roles
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability
• Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria
• Must be eligible to work in Singapore

• Certification (CSPO, PSPO, CSM, PMI-ACP, or equivalent)
• Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps
• Background in software development or UX design
• Experience in fintech, e-commerce, or enterprise systems
• Knowledge of data analysis or SQL
