Product Manager (B2C AI Start up)

Our client is an early-stage B2C GenAI start-up and has experienced incredible traction and growth within a relatively short period, growing to millions of users, while revenue generating from day one!

They have been pioneering and at the forefront of perfecting immersive AI experiences, their first product has found strong PMF and traction within the romantic and adult entertainment AI niche, but the technology can be applied to many use cases beyond. During this extremely exciting period of growth and scale-up, we’re looking for a Product Manager to join the dynamic and international team. Remote first culture.

The Product Manager will oversee the research, planning, execution, and delivery of product launches related to our AI platform. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of product management methodologies.

Responsibilities include:

• Drive the rapid delivery of product vision by autonomously gathering project functional requirements and anticipating needs, ensuring quick and effective project execution.
• Regularly review the competitive landscape to stay updated and optimise strategies.
• Identify key success metrics for product launches to measure impact and guide future developments.
• Define & measure impact of new features against predefined metrics, optimise & iterate
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
• Wire-framing with our Product Designer, Communicate the rationale and value behind designs

Experience:

• 4+ years of Product Management experience. Must have experience in a high growth B2C/DTC start-up / scale up, with millions of users
• Proficiency with product management tools (e.g., Linear, Asana, Jira).
• Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies (Agile).
• Strong experience writing product feature functional requirements.
• Remote first culture, however, you must be located or willing to work and have reasonable crossover with time zone {CET +/- 3 hours } as most of the team members are based in Europe.

Soft Skills:

• Strong, clear communication & collaborative skills (fluent in English) given working with global remote teams.
• Doer mindset - we are moving fast and we need people that can find the right balance between execution, planning & strategy
• Strong attention to detail. Excellent ability to prioritize.
