Location: Seattle, Washington (relocation assistance within the US can be provided)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee a large team of Sales Executives, providing leadership, accountability, and development to elevate team performance.
• Proactively identify issues and implement effective solutions.
• Partner with operations and account management teams to ensure optimal customer satisfaction.
• Present streamlined technology solutions and conduct detailed analyses to address customized needs in challenging areas.
• Lead, coordinate, develop, and manage all aspects of the proposal process.
• Close deals, activate new relationships, and retain existing clients to drive business growth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Minimum of 10-12 years in sales leadership, with preferred experience in freight forwarding.
• Demonstrates a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• High energy level with a passion for prospecting and building relationships.
• Competitive nature.
