About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and hands-on DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic and collaborative team. You will be responsible for deploying, implementing, and maintaining the company's cloud infrastructure and SaaS products, monitoring, diagnosing and resolving various issues to ensure the high availability and high security operation of the system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure cloud environments adhere to security, compliance, and operational governance requirements.
- Support the deployment, operation, and maintenance of SaaS services on cloud platforms.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to accelerate release cycles and improve software delivery.
- Monitor, diagnose, and resolve infrastructure issues in production environments to ensure system SLAs are met.
- Optimize cloud infrastructure to improve cost efficiency, scalability, and reliability.
- Stay current with industry trends and leverage AI technologies to improve operational efficiency.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Ability to work independently, with strong communication and collaboration skills in Mandarin.
- 3+ years of experience working with AWS cloud platform, proficient in services such as VPC, EC2, EKS, RDS, and IAM.
- Familiar with Linux system operations, proficient in Shell/Python/Golang, and capable of independently writing automation scripts.
- Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Familiar with common CI/CD toolchains (e.g., GitLab, Maven, Jenkins, Helm) and experience in building and releasing applications.
- Experience in monitoring and troubleshooting production systems (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana).
- Working knowledge of cloud security encryption principles, including authentication, authorization, and secret management (e.g., HSM, KMS).
- Experience with PCI DSS or similar compliance audits is a plus.
