Pay: $40-50/hr

Position Summary:

A healthcare client of ours is hiring for a Scrum Master to join their team.

The Scrum Master is responsible for facilitating Agile processes and ensuring the effective delivery of high-quality products by the team. They act as a servant leader, guiding teams in Scrum practices, removing impediments, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)
• Coach team members on Agile and Scrum best practices
• Identify and remove blockers to ensure smooth workflow
• Partner with Product Owners to manage and prioritize the backlog
• Track team progress using metrics and promote transparency
• Foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement

Qualifications:

• 5-7 yrs of experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong communication and facilitation skills
• Ability to resolve conflicts and drive alignment
• Scrum certification (CSM, PSM) preferred
