Project Coordinator

Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for an Project Coordinator for a growing regional contractor in Connecticut. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity located in Bridgeport, CT.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator??????? to support pavement marking and highway safety projects. This role provides a mix of office and field exposure, supporting the Operations team with project coordination, scheduling, and reporting. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys contributing to construction and infrastructure operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with project coordination, scheduling, and documentation across multiple projects
• Track project costs, timelines, and deliverables using Excel and project management tools
• Support communication between office staff, field teams, and subcontractors
• Maintain project records, reports, and compliance documentation
• Contribute to identifying efficiencies and supporting project execution
• Assist with onboarding and training new project team members as needed
  
  

Qualifications

• Project coordination or project support experience in a construction or operational setting
• Strong Excel and data tracking skills for project reporting
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills with both field and office teams
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused approach
  
  

Compensation And Benefits

• Base salary: $75,000 – $95,000, DOE
