The Mission

As our Senior Technical Consultant, you will bridge the gap between complex workplace requirements and scalable, enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions. You will own the Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) roadmap, ensuring that "the office of the future" becomes a reality today.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of the WSD suite (Workplace Case Management, Reservations, Space Management, and Visitor Management).
• Design and optimize workplace workflows and floor mapping from scratch, ensuring they meet rigorous public sector standards.
• Collaborate with Facilities, HR, Security, and Real Estate stakeholders to design intuitive employee journeys.
• Deliver high-quality scripting and configurations using JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
• Spearhead integrations between WSD and IoT sensors, Building Management Systems (BMS), and Access Control systems.
• Provide technical governance and guidance to a dedicated project team within an Agile environment.

Required Expertise

• ServiceNow implementation experience, with at least 4+ years dedicated to WSD or Employee Workflow applications.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and Service Portal/Employee Center configuration.
• Hands-on experience with Workplace Reservations, Space Planning, and Visitor Management; experience with CAD/BIM or Floor Mapping integrations is highly preferred.
• Ability to design scalable, secure, and compliant architectures that align with enterprise governance.
• Current CIS-Workplace Service Delivery or CIS-Employee Service Management is strongly preferred (CSA is a baseline).
