Lead - Managed Infrastructure Services

We are seeking a Lead – Managed Infrastructure Services professional to lead enterprise infrastructure operations across multiple accounts and shared environments. This role ensures operational stability, performance, and continuous improvement while balancing resources and managing customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead multi-customer or multi-project infrastructure operations, maintaining a portfolio-level view.
• Manage multiple accounts or large shared environments, balancing resources across projects and resolving conflicts between customers.
• Oversee on-premise infrastructure including data centers, servers, storage, virtualization, and network platforms.
• Drive incident, problem, and change management processes; act as the escalation point for complex issues.
• Ensure proactive monitoring, performance optimization, and operational improvements.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service-level commitments.
• Lead, mentor, and develop team members through performance appraisals, succession planning, capacity planning, and rotation models.
• Manage budgets and support operational planning for new initiatives and RFP responses.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory standards, and information security requirements.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8+ years in enterprise infrastructure operations (servers, storage, virtualization, networking).
• Proven experience in managing multi-customer or multi-project operations.
• Hands-on expertise with ITIL or equivalent service management frameworks.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Knowledge of hybrid/cloud environments and infrastructure monitoring tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
