Job Title: Cognitive AI Product Owner

Location: Doha, Qatar

Contract: 12 Months Renewable

Role Overview

We are seeking a Cognitive AI Product Owner to lead the vision, roadmap, and delivery of secure, scalable, multi-tenant Cognitive AI platform services for ministries and government entities. This role will shape the AI product strategy, orchestrate multi‑vendor delivery, and ensure the platform meets performance, security, and compliance standards while driving adoption and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the Cognitive AI product vision, value proposition, and long-term roadmap.
• Convert stakeholder requirements into clear epics, features, and measurable user stories.
• Prioritize AI platform components: inference, RAG/knowledge base, fine‑tuning, agentic/MCP, observability, analytics, multitenancy, and multicloud.
• Manage multi-vendor workstreams, including scope, dependencies, milestones, and KPI/SLO‑based acceptance.
• Define service catalog tiers/SKUs, onboarding flows, pricing inputs, SLAs/OLAs.
• Drive governance with architecture, security, and privacy teams, including model approvals and data‑boundary policies.
• Implement product analytics (e.g., PostHog) for adoption, funnel insights, retention, and developer productivity.

Required skills and Qualifications

• Strong product management experience with platforms, APIs, and multi‑tenant cloud services.
• Solid understanding of AI platforms (inference, RAG, fine‑tuning, guardrails, governance).
• Ability to define and manage KPIs/SLOs and outcome-based delivery.
• Excellent stakeholder management across technical, commercial, legal, and operations teams.
• Strong prioritization, decision‑making, and cross‑vendor coordination skills.
• Clear communicator with strong executive and technical storytelling.
• 8+ years in product management for cloud, platform, AI/ML, or data products in enterprise/government/telco environments.
• Delivered API-based products and developer platforms with self‑service onboarding.
• Experience managing multi-vendor delivery and contract-based KPIs.
• Familiarity with security, privacy, and data governance in regulated environments.
• Knowledge of cloud-native/Kubernetes and multicloud architectures.
• Experience with AI-enabled product launches (assistants, RAG, analytics, governance) is a strong plus.
• Product delivery: Azure DevOps, Aha!, Jira Product Discovery
• Analytics: PostHog, Power BI
• API artifacts: Swagger/OpenAPI, Postman, Backstage/ReadMe
• Collaboration: Miro, Figma, MS Teams
