🔍 About the Role

We’re looking for a Business Analyst who will play a key role in the development of our fintech products. You will work at the intersection of business and technology, analyzing the market, defining requirements, and helping create solutions that have a real impact on our clients’ businesses.

🎯 Your Impact

• Conduct business analysis across fintech projects
• Analyze market trends and competitor landscape
• Gather and prioritize product requirements
• Create user stories, use cases, and product documentation
• Identify gaps in products and processes
• Collaborate with developers on API/SDK integrations
• Support sales, operations, and partner teams
• Participate in testing, launches, and post-integration support
• Create technical documentation and client materials
• Lead knowledge sharing and product demos

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Manager
• Experience in B2B and/or B2C environments
• Strong understanding of business analysis and project management principles
• Basic knowledge of UI/UX (Figma)
• SQL + basic HTML/CSS/JS
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Miro, UML, Google tools
• Experience creating mockups and wireframes
• Strong communication skills (with both technical and non-technical stakeholders)
• Agile mindset
• English — Upper-Intermediate+
