Location: India (Hyderabad).

ShiftTimings:12 PM to 10 PM (IST).

Experience: 2–4 years

Type: Full-time

About The Role

We are an early-stage AI startup building a 0→1 AI product to help enterprises manage regulatory and compliance risks. This role is ideal for a hands-on engineer early in their career who wants to move beyond ticket-based work and help shape a real product from the ground up.

You’ll work closely with the founders and senior engineers to take ideas to production.

What You’ll Do

Build and own full stack features from design to deployment using AI first approach
Develop scalable backend services and clean frontend interfaces
Integrate AI/LLM APIs and data-heavy workflows
Design APIs, schemas, and application logic
Write production-quality, secure, and testable code
Learn and contribute to system design, cloud setup, and CI/CD
Move fast in a 0→1 environment with evolving requirements

What We’re Looking For

2–4 years of full stack development experience
Backend experience with Python / Node.js / Java
Frontend experience with React (preferred) / Angular / Next.js
Working knowledge of SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL)
Exposure to SaaS or production systems
Strong fundamentals in data structures, APIs, and debugging
Willingness to learn, take ownership, and work in ambiguity

Nice to Have

Exposure to AI/ML or LLM-based systems
Experience in fintech, regtech, compliance, or enterprise SaaS
Familiarity with AWS/GCP and cloud deployments
Awareness of security, privacy, or Indian regulations (DPDP Act, RBI/SEBI—plus)
