product manager- platform

what will you do?

• work closely with a Senior PM to build and scale CRED’s India equities and global investing platform
• own parts of the platform and foundational layers — onboarding flows, KYC/AML, order lifecycle, portfolios, reporting, integrations with brokers/custodians
• translate product vision into clear PRDs, user stories, and execution plans
• partner deeply with engineering, design, data, legal/compliance, and operations to ship reliable, compliant products
• break down ambiguous problem statements into well-scoped problems with measurable outcomes
• track product performance using metrics, funnels, and user behaviour insights
• identify platform gaps, tech debt, and scalability issues early — and help prioritise fixes
• support go-to-market launches by ensuring platform readiness, edge-case handling, and operational workflows

you should apply if you:

• have 2–4 years of experience in product management, consulting, fintech, or a strong adjacent role
• are excited by platform, systems, and infrastructure-heavy problems, not just UI polish
• can think in flows, states, APIs, and edge cases, and enjoy working closely with engineers
• are comfortable operating in highly regulated domains (or eager to learn how they work)
• have strong analytical and structured thinking — you can decompose complex problems clearly
• communicate crisply with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• care deeply about product quality, reliability, and user trust
• are curious about investing, markets, and wealth management (prior experience is a plus, not a must)
• thrive in fast-moving environments with high ownership and low hand-holding
