Your Opportunity

As an AR/VR Developer on BeGig, you’ll work on freelance projects focused on building immersive augmented reality (AR) and virtual reality (VR) experiences. You’ll help create interactive applications for gaming, training, simulation, and marketing—without the constraints of a traditional full-time role.

What You’ll Do

• Design and develop AR/VR applications and immersive experiences
• Build interactive 3D environments and user interactions
• Work with game engines like Unity or Unreal Engine
• Integrate AR/VR features with mobile, web, or hardware platforms
• Optimize performance for real-time rendering and user experience
• Develop interactions using gestures, controllers, or spatial inputs
• Integrate APIs, sensors, and external systems where needed
• Test and debug AR/VR applications across devices

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience in AR/VR development
• Proficiency with Unity (C#) or Unreal Engine (C++/Blueprints)
• Experience with AR frameworks (ARKit, ARCore, WebXR, etc.)
• Understanding of 3D graphics, rendering, and spatial computing
• Experience working with VR headsets or AR-enabled devices
• Knowledge of performance optimization for real-time applications
• Familiarity with 3D asset pipelines and animation workflows
• Strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills
• A self-driven freelancer who can independently deliver immersive applications
