Must have-

• Troubleshoot and resolve L2/L3 network incidents and outages
• Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues
• Handle incident management, root cause analysis, and problem resolution
• Maintain and Hardware refresh network infrastructure
• Monitor network health, analyze logs, and proactively prevent issues
• Execute changes, patching, and firmware upgrades
• Support WAN/MPLS/Internet connectivity issues
• Design, implement, and optimize LAN/WAN network architecture
• Configure and manage routing protocols (OSPF, BGP)
• Perform root cause analysis and permanent fixes for recurring issues
• Lead network migrations, device replacements, and upgrades
• Collaborate with security, server, and cloud teams for infrastructure integration
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to L1/L2 engineers
• Maintain documentation, network diagrams, and SOPs
• Work closely with cross-functional teams and vendors

Good to have-

• Cisco certifications (CCNA / CCNP )
• Experience with SD-WAN / ACI / Nexus
• Sound knowledge of ITIL 4 and Agile Methodologies
• Familiarity working with SNOW as end user.

Experience in preparing documentations and SOPs.
