Step into a critical role supporting a dynamic finance operation during a pivotal year-end audit period. We are looking for a data-driven specialist who can command large datasets using Excel and Sage to ensure seamless financial reporting and system accuracy.

The Role

• Cleanse and manipulate high volumes of financial data harvested from multiple internal systems.

• Manage the end-to-end data migration process, ensuring all uploads to external platforms are validated and error-free.

• Act as a technical bridge for the operational finance team to streamline their year-end audit workflows.

• Perform automated data reconciliation to identify discrepancies and ensure 100% data integrity.

• Deliver actionable insights to senior stakeholders by translating complex spreadsheets into clear financial narratives.

What You'll Need

• Proven experience handling complex data sets and executing large-scale data migrations.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and complex formulas.

• Hands-on experience with Sage accounting software is highly desirable for this audit-focused project.

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to spot trends and anomalies in financial records quickly.

• Ability to work on-site in Guildford for the full duration of the 6-8 week contract.
