Title: Full-Stack Software Engineer

Location: Zurich

  • Hybrid (primarily on-site near Opera/Bellevue) Salary: CHF 90-120k

We're an early-stage, high-ambition startup backed by a leading Zurich venture studio and external VC investors. We’re building fast, shipping boldly, and looking for a full-stack engineer who thrives in an environment where ownership is real and impact is immediate.

What You’ll Do

  • Build end-to-end product features with a focus on Typescript, and experience with technologies like cross-platform mobile development, MVC frameworks, or infrastructure.
  • Integrate commercial and open-source LLM models into the product.
  • Ship high-quality, production-ready code with a strong sense of product, UX, and execution, demonstrating adaptability and a preference for generalist problem-solving in an early-stage environment.
  • Collaborate with founders and technical advisors to develop AI-driven features that streamline and automate key steps in healthcare applications.
  • Move quickly, cut through noise, and focus on what matters for users and the business.

What You Bring

  • Proven full-stack experience in a modern environment.
  • Ability to move fast while maintaining quality and ownership.
  • You’ll be using AI to assist you coding, but not compromise on quality, maintainability or sound design decisions.
  • Startup mindset: you know how to prioritize ruthlessly, ship incrementally, and get things done without hand-holding.
  • Bonus: Experience in Healthcare.
  • Bonus: Experience in infrastructure sovereign/deployment.
