About Loaf
Loaf is building the infrastructure for the world's first true Property IPO. A platform where investors can buy and trade individual luxury residential properties, the same way you'd trade a stock. If you thought apartment prices should be dropping, take a short position on the Crown Residences (yes, that's really in our pipeline). We've engineered a financial and tokenisation structure that takes a $50M Sydney mansion and gives it something property has never had: liquidity. On-chain settlement, real-time price discovery, open market trading - no banks, no 90-day settlements.
Built by a team from Nasdaq, IMC, Citadel, Vivcourt, Goldman, Macquarie just to name a few.
The property industry runs on engineered friction: gatekeepers who profit from the system staying slow, opaque, and locked. The Chinese concept of 不动产 literally means "immovable asset." We're breaking that paradox — using blockchain as the rails, not the product.
We've raised a seed round at a $20M valuation, have a $500M property pipeline across Point Piper, Vaucluse, and Mosman, and are soon approaching our first public launch. We're a tight-knit team of 10, led by two young uni dropouts. And we're not building yet another platform — we're building a movement that redefines what property can be. We need someone who can tell that story with us.
The Role
You'll be the creative engine behind how Loaf shows up. This role is equal parts strategist, storyteller, filmmaker, and builder.
You won't just "make content." You'll build the narrative architecture of a movement that's redefining an entire asset class, alongside the founders. You'll ideate the hook, set up the shot, capture defining moments. We like to see those who don' think their above editing and filming either — all while understanding exactly why it makes someone stop scrolling and feel like an insider watching something unprecedented unfold.
You'll own:
• Narrative & content strategy. Build the content roadmap alongside the founder and growth team.
• Video production - end to end. Founder-to-camera pieces, team B-roll, explainers, hype content, countdown content. You're comfortable going from iPhone-speed guerrilla capture to more cinematic, studio-lit work. We work with agency's, but you are also a powerhouse that can shoot, cut it, ship.
• Marketing psychology & movement building. You know how to conjure a shared frustration — the kind where someone watches a video and finally has the language for something they've always felt. You think about trust, belief, urgency, and insider culture. You understand that in 2026, people don't buy into platforms, they buy into a truth.
• Growth & distribution. You think beyond the feed. Channels, algorithms, paid amplification, email sequences, community, countdowns. You obsess over what actually moves people from watching to acting.
You
• 2+ years in content, brand, or growth - ideally at a startup, fintech, or in the crypto/Web3 space where you've had to build belief in something new, not just market something familiar.
• You can shoot and edit video yourself. Proficient with CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar. You don't need a full production team to ship - but can work with one when needed.
• You study what works and you can articulate why it works.
• You understand financial markets, crypto culture, or property investing or have the attitude to learn.
• You have sharp instincts for hooks, pacing, and visual storytelling.
• You're fast and scrappy without being sloppy. Idea to published in hours, not weeks.
• Based in Sydney or willing to be on-site regularly - you need to be in the room, capturing the energy as it happens.
• Natural with AI tools (Claude, Midjourney, Runway, Higgsfield, etc.) to accelerate ideation, drafting, and production. You see AI as a multiplier, not a replacement for taste.
Nice to Have
• Experience marketing a regulated or trust-dependent product (finance, crypto etc).
• A personal audience or creator presence - you've built something of your own and understand what it takes to earn attention.
• Familiarity with Australian financial services marketing obligations.
• Motion graphics, animation, or emerging formats (long-form docu-style, vertical series).
• First-principles thinker. You question why things are done a certain way, not just how.
Why Loaf
• You'll build the content function alongside the founders. No inherited playbook, no legacy brand guidelines, no committee approvals.
• The product is genuinely unprecedented. You won't be marketing the 500th neobank. You'll be telling the story of something the world assumed was never possible - and making it feel inevitable.
• Competitive salary + equity. We want this person to have skin in the game. The entire team is on equity. You're not joining a company, you're joining a common mission.
How to Apply
Apply via LinkedIn. In your application, include:
• A link to your portfolio — 3-5 pieces of content you're most proud of. Videos you've filmed, ideated or directed preferred. Bonus for those who make content related to Loaf. Just an idea that shows you understand the product, the audience, and the energy. Make us feel something.
No cover letter needed beyond the portfolio link. We care about what you've made and how you think.
