About The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Data & Insights Analyst to join our team, reporting to the Team Lead - Data & Insights to deliver trusted, timely and actionable data services that support our internal stakeholders and customers while enabling Konica Minolta's growth strategy. In this role, you will contribute to high‑quality analytics and reporting solutions by analysing data, uncovering insights, and translating findings into clear, practical outputs that guide business decisions.
You will collaborate closely with senior analysts, business stakeholders and technology partners to maintain reliable data assets, enhance data quality, and continuously improve core processes. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on execution excellence, analytical rigour and stakeholder support, with strong opportunities to grow capability in workflow automation, AI‑enabled analytics and advanced analytical techniques over time.

About The Role

Requirements
Key responsibilities
- Support end‑to‑end analytics and reporting activities, including requirements gathering, data preparation, analysis and insight delivery
- Translate business questions into structured analytical tasks and analyse datasets to identify trends, patterns, drivers and anomalies
- Develop, maintain and enhance reports, dashboards and analytical datasets, ensuring accuracy, consistency and usability
- Assist in integrating data from multiple sources and apply data quality checks, validation controls and documentation practices to uphold data integrity
- Produce clear, concise commentary and visualisations that communicate insights effectively to stakeholders
- Contribute to process improvements by identifying opportunities to reduce manual effort and increase repeatability of analytics
- Use Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate and AI‑enabled features in analytics platforms to support analysis, automation and insight discovery while following responsible AI, privacy, security and data governance practices
- Sense‑check AI‑generated outputs, escalate risks as needed, and participate in capability uplift for AI‑enabled analytics
- Manage allocated tasks effectively, communicating progress, risks and dependencies to team members and stakeholders
- 2-4 years' experience in data analytics, business intelligence, insights or reporting
- Strong analytical problem‑solving skills, including trend, root cause and basic scenario or forecasting analysis
- Experience with reporting and visualisation tools such as Power BI and/or SAP Analytics Cloud
- Working knowledge of data modelling concepts and building analytical datasets
- Exposure to Microsoft Copilot and/or Power Automate is desirable, with interest in developing skills in automation and AI‑enabled analytics
- Experience working with data from multiple sources and understanding data structures and definitions
- Understanding of data quality principles, validation checks and basic data governance
- Ability to clarify stakeholder requirements and incorporate feedback into analysis and reporting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain insights clearly
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics or a related field
- Experience with SAP products or enterprise reporting environments is desirable but not essential
