The organisation operates in a complex, regulated environment and is investing heavily in its data, analytics, and reporting capabilities to support strategic decision-making across the business.

Your new role

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting data migration and reporting initiatives as part of major transformation programs. Your focus will be on migrating data from legacy SQL environments to an enterprise data warehouse, building and migrating dashboards and data pipelines, and delivering high-quality insights and reporting to stakeholders. You will work closely with technical and business teams in a fast-paced project environment, managing multiple deliverables and meeting short and often competing deadlines.

Key responsibilities include:

• Migrating data from SQL-based platforms into an enterprise data warehouse
• Supporting and building data pipelines required for platform and dashboard migrations
• Delivering insights and reporting using SQL and warehouse-based datasets
• Building and migrating dashboards using Tableau and Power BI
• Validating data quality and ensuring reporting accuracy post-migration
• Engaging with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver outcomes
• Contributing to project delivery activities, meetings, and tight project timelines

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will bring strong technical capability combined with proven experience delivering under pressure in project environments.

You will have:

• Advanced SQL skills, including complex querying and analysis
• Experience working with Teradata and enterprise data warehouse platforms
• Strong background as an Insights or Reporting Analyst
• Experience building and supporting data pipelines
• Hands-on experience with Tableau and Power BI for data visualisation and dashboard delivery
• Experience using Python and/or R for data analysis
• Exposure to or experience with GenAI tools or analytics use cases
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Proven ability to deliver within short project deadlines and manage multiple priorities
