As a Paid Media Data Analyst, you will be the bridge between raw advertising data and strategic decision-making. You won’t just move numbers; you will craft stories that explain performance, identify growth opportunities, and provide a holistic 360° view of a digital ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Performance Reporting: Design, implement, and manage end-to-end campaign reports with focus on ROI and business outcomes.
- Actionable Insights: Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that drive campaign optimization.
- Data Integration: Streamline and automate data flows between Google Analytics (GA4), advertising platforms, and visualization tools.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Acquisition, Retention, Content, and Consumer Insights teams to ensure data consistency and a unified view of the customer journey.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience analyzing Paid Media metrics, specifically within Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and DV360 (with a focus on YouTube).
- Data Processing: Proven expertise in extracting and processing data using tools like Google Sheets/Excel, Supermetrics, or similar ETL connectors.
- Data Visualization: High proficiency in Looker Studio (or similar tools like Tableau/Power BI) to create intuitive, executive-level dashboards.
- Communication: Ability to distill technical data into compelling presentations for executive stakeholders. You should be comfortable explaining the "why" behind the numbers.
- Soft Skills: A proactive, self-starter mindset with the autonomy to manage projects from conception to delivery.
- Language: Fluency in English (both written and oral) is mandatory.
Nice to Have
- Bunker DB: Experience implementing and maintaining Bunker DB for marketing report automation.
- Languages: Basic to intermediate proficiency in Portuguese.
