Tech Director – Solutioning

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design of scalable, secure, and high-performing digital solutions
• Translate complex business challenges into actionable technology roadmaps
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, fostering strong partnerships
• Partner with Sales and Delivery teams to support complex solution sales cycles, including RFPs, proposals, and presentations
• Drive innovation through Data & AI-led solutions and emerging technologies
• Contribute to and promote the use of frameworks, accelerators, and reusable assets
• Champion best practices to enhance delivery quality, speed, and client satisfaction
• Identify opportunities to improve solution design, client outcomes, and business impact
• Stay current with industry trends and bring forward-thinking approaches to solutioning

Qualifications

Must Have:

• 8+ years of experience in software development, solution architecture, and technical leadership in client-facing environments
• Proven experience in solutioning, pre-sales, or client-facing architecture roles
• Strong track record influencing complex deals and enterprise solution sales cycles (including RFPs)
• Experience engaging and presenting to C-level stakeholders
• Expertise in Data & AI (required), with familiarity in technologies such as Python, SQL, or ML platforms (e.g., Google Vertex)
• Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and cloud-based implementations
• Experience leading end-to-end digital transformation initiatives (minimum of 3 full lifecycle implementations is a strong plus)
• Solid understanding of SDLC tools and practices (e.g., Git, Jenkins)
• Ability to combine technical depth with business acumen and storytelling
• Advanced English proficiency

Nice to Have:

• Industry experience in Healthcare or BFSI (Banking & Financial Services)
