About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Visual Designer to join our client's team in the retail sector. In this role, you will contribute to developing new campaigns, creating assets, and designing campaign materials while adhering to brand guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Design static digital assets for social media and campaign executions.
• Develop visually compelling layouts aligned with brand guidelines.
• Contribute to creative concept development from both visual and messaging perspectives.
• Ensure cohesion between visual hierarchy and messaging clarity.
• Maintain consistency in brand tone and visual identity.
• Collaborate closely with motion designers, web authoring specialists, and stakeholders.
• Deliver high-quality creative under tight deadlines and iterative workflows.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in visual design for digital or social media.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating layout, typography, and brand execution skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma.
• Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, composition, and digital best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to write and refine brand-aligned copy.
• Exceptional written English proficiency (C1–C2 required).
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven retail environment.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications (if any)

• Experience working with U.S.-based consumer or retail brands.
• Ability to contribute to campaign concepting.
• Familiarity with collaborative tools such as Monday and Microsoft Teams.
• Experience working in high-volume production environments.
