Short description:

We’re looking for an experienced Tech Lead to join our engineering team in Graz. This role is ideal for experienced developers with an interest in technical leadership. The ideal candidate will demonstrate motivation, curiosity, and a willingness to grow and will have passion for collaborative work and continuous improvement.

Your Responsibilities

• Technical software lead for an existing product line covering both components in series production and customer specific features
• Design and implementation of software as part of an interdisciplinary project team covering product features as well as related production-, test-, and maintenance-tools
• Continuous improvement of the existing software architecture
• Maintenance of existing software components and continuous integration toolchains
• Contribution to the continuous improvement of the software quality
• Documentation of software features for internal and external customers

Requirements:

• University Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field
• Experience as software developer for industrial applications in a Linux environment
• Strong development skills in C/C++ and Python
• Previous experience in a leading role is as plus
• Experience with build systems and continuous integration infrastructure
• Open-minded team-player with excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Fluent in German and English
