About The Role

We are looking for a motivated Business Analyst to join our Group Commercial team at Iute headquarters.

In this role, you will be responsible for collecting and integrating data from multiple sources, transforming it into clear insights, and building dashboards that support data-driven decision-making. Your ability to interpret and visualise data will help drive strategic decisions and support the company’s growth across markets.

What you’ll do

• Collect and integrate data from various internal and external sources.
• Automate data collection and reporting processes.
• Organise data and ensure data quality and consistency.
• Analyse and interpret data to generate actionable insights.
• Build and maintain dashboards to support business and strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into analytical solutions.
  
  

What we expect from you

• Previous experience as a data analyst or data-driven business analyst.
• Strong experience with data visualisation tools such as Power BI or similar platforms.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, including working with data warehouses such as Amazon Redshift or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks with a high level of ownership.
• Good adaptability and ability to work in a fast-changing environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Fluency in Estonian and English, both spoken and written.
