Junior Analyst

CaPS Procurement Services is a service driving down costs on non-strategic products and services for its member companies. The concept is unique among private equity investment managers in the Nordic countries. For 15 years CaPS has supported its member companies to review and address their spend. More than 300 member companies use CaPS procurement services in Finland, Sweden and the Baltics. We have delivered savings of over 200M € for our member companies.

We are looking for a Junior Analyst to join CaPS as we continue our growth journey.

Do you want to grow quickly, take on real responsibilities from day one, and be part of a high-performing team with a very strong and proven track record? If yes, this might be your chance!

In this role you will take part in different areas of CaPS services. Your responsibilities include, among others, coordinating with different stakeholders in CaPS network, preparing materials, conducting cost saving analyses for potential CaPS member companies and supporting the onboarding of new CaPS member companies.

You will also be an integral part of our Employee Benefit Program business, responsibilities ranging from managing external communications and vendor relationships, supporting B2B sales, and overseeing site maintenance and visuals.

Who we are looking for

Ideally, we hope you have:

• Ability to prioritise and manage many tasks at the same time in a fast-paced environment
• A precise way of working
• Excellent communication skills in Finnish (required) and English (required). Swedish is a plus.
• Fluency with Excel and PowerPoint
• A hard-working and energetic team player approach
• Attitude over experience! By attitude we mean learning-orientation and self-leadership
• Evidence to show your ambitious attitude for example with a background in competitive sport or excellence in another area of interest
• Educational background in e.g. economics and strong track record of successful studies
