Your Mission

As DevOps Manager, you’ll take the reins in one of the company’s most strategic areas: our rapidly growing technology team. You'll work with the most disruptive tools in the industry, surrounded by world-class professionals, and shape the future of our company tech infrastructure.

What Will Your Day Look Like?

• Manage the DevOps squad
• Design and optimize our cloud architecture with cost-efficiency in mind
• Evaluate, implement, and lead DevOps tools and process adoption company-wide
• Champion the DevOps culture across development teams
• Ensure maximum uptime of all cloud-based services
• Manage infrastructure-related vendors and external providers

What Are We Looking For?

Must-Have Skills:

• Operating System: Linux
• Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, Ansible
• Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes orchestration (Helm)
• Databases: AWS RDS, MySQL, MariaDB
• Cloud Provider: AWS
• CI/CD Integration: CircleCI, GitHub
• Message Broker: RabbitMQ
• Others: Cloudflare, PrismaCloud, Grafana
• Fluent English, as we collaborate across multiple countries

Bonus Points For Experience With:

• Networking fundamentals
• PHP, Python, TDD, and Continuous Integration practices
• Deep understanding of SOLID principles, design patterns, and data structures

Fluency in both French and English is required.

Comming 2 days per week to our office in Arcueil to make a good tandem with the team.
