The Role

As an AI Engineer, you’ll focus on building and deploying advanced generative AI applications. You’ll work across the stack to design intelligent agent systems, optimise infrastructure for real-world use, and ensure solutions meet the highest standards of performance, security, and compliance.

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience with generative AI applications (RAG, Agents) in production environments
• Strong coding skills in Python (experience with frameworks like FastAPI, Django, or Flask)
• Passion for staying ahead of the curve with the latest AI technologies and bringing them into production
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, containerisation, and CI/CD pipelines
• Understanding of privacy and security best practices (PII protection, GDPR compliance, guardrails for LLMs)
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Curiosity and motivation to apply AI in impactful, mission-driven contexts
