ML6 is looking for a Senior AI Engineer to take a tech lead role on a per-project basis. You'll lead more junior colleagues in both technical and client-facing aspects of projects, while helping drive ML6's technical capabilities and client offerings internally.

What you'll do

• Design and build innovative AI solutions end-to-end: from data engineering to deploying sophisticated models (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Generative AI) on major cloud providers (GCP, AWS, Azure)
• Engineer agentic systems and complex workflows using advanced prompt engineering techniques
• Lead project delivery: translate client business needs into clear technical roadmaps and ensure high-quality execution
• Mentor and coach other engineers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing
• Collaborate with sales to explore and shape new client opportunities using your technical expertise

What we're looking for

• 4+ years of experience in machine learning and software development
• Proficiency in Python and at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Proven ability to lead technical projects and guide fellow engineers with a coaching mindset
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Excellent written and verbal English — able to explain complex technical ideas clearly to clients and non-technical stakeholders
• Familiarity with MLOps principles and a passion for building robust, scalable systems
