About The Team

You’ll be joining the JD.com team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

What You'll Do

1.Project Delivery Management: Develop project plans and control progress, identify delivery risks and allocate resources to resolve them, ensure project acceptance meets standards, and take responsibility for project profitability.

2.Customer Relationship Maintenance: Maintain close communication with customers, balance the feasibility and competitiveness of requirements, address delivery issues to enhance satisfaction, and identify after-sales business opportunities.

3.Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, pre-sales, and technical teams to advance bidding and delivery reviews, coordinate resources to resolve bottlenecks in development and other key areas.

4.Financial Target Achievement: Manage project costs, revenue collection, and profit, plan human resource investment appropriately, and optimize resource allocation to achieve financial objectives.

5.Process Standardization: Document project management experience, improve process standards and technical systems, and continuously enhance delivery efficiency and quality.
