Senior Frontend Engineer

Senior/Staff Frontend Engineer - Remote within EU only, no remote outside unfortunately.

Salary Level - $150,000-$200,000 (DOE) Role is paid in USD, you must have a limited company or be prepared to set one up.

Here is the context.....

If you are a seasoned engineer who has worked in a scrappy scale up before then this is a perfect role.

It isn't a regular 9-5, sometimes you will need to pitch in and get sh!t finished and deployed. It's not like this all the time, but there is an expectation that you can be flexible from time to time.

There is a sizeable team of quality engineers already in situ.

They are hiring a couple of Frontend heavy engineers who are full stack aware.

A little summary of the stack you'll work with on a daily basis.

React/TypeScript

AWS exposure

On a day to day you'll be working on the designs that the product team feed you, in the weeds of AWS, you'll be discussing microfrontend architecture. You will be heavily experienced with deployment into production.

You'll mentor more junior engineers, lead by example and also slinging code, building, breaking, deploying and all the juicy stuff that goes with a high pace engineering team.

The bar is HIGH! For transparency, there is a high failure rate at the technical test stage.

However, if you're a genuinely nice person to work with and are extremely solid technically then you'll be very well rewarded financially!
