DevOps Engineer

We’re looking for a highly skilled and driven professional to design, build, and scale modern cloud infrastructure. This is a great opportunity to work across Azure, automation, and platform engineering, helping to deliver secure, reliable, and high-performing systems.

Cloud & Infrastructure

• Design, build, and maintain secure, scalable Azure environments
• Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
• Ensure high availability through monitoring and performance optimisation

DevOps & Automation

• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for application and IaC delivery
• Drive automation across infrastructure and operational processes
• Contribute to DevOps standards, frameworks, and best practices

Collaboration & Delivery

• Partner with development teams to improve application performance
• Take a hands-on role in implementing technical solutions
• Act as a senior team member while contributing individually

Platform Engineering Focus (Growing Scope)

• Help shape and deliver the DevOps / Platform strategy
• Establish governance, standards, and engineering best practices
• Optimise cloud cost and resource utilisation
• Lead initiatives to improve efficiency through automation

Tech Stack & Skills

• Cloud: Microsoft Azure
• Containers: Docker, Kubernetes
• CI/CD: GitLab CI (or similar)
• Infrastructure as Code: Terraform
• Monitoring & Logging: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack
• Strong understanding of networking & security principles

• Proven experience in a DevOps / Platform Engineering role
• Strong hands-on expertise across cloud and automation
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Confident communicator who can work across teams
