DIGITAL CONTENT COORDINATOR

At Diesel HQ, located in Breganze (VI), we are looking for a Digital Content Coordinator who will be part of the E-commerce Department, reporting directly to the Digital Merchandising & Content Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and align digital content initiatives across global and local markets, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines, product strategies and online channel business goals;
  • Coordinate the planning and execution of editorial projects with a strong focus on driving online conversion and engagement;
  • Define and develop content guidelines and best practices for Global editorial initiatives;
  • Design and optimize end-to-end online customer journeys, particularly for key moments such as capsule launches and seasonal campaigns;
  • Partner with Merchandising and Marketing teams in the Global Product Editorial Calendar definition, ensuring alignment of the final output with the needs and the strategy of the Online Channel;
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking and trend analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement;
  • Good understanding of SEO principles from a content perspective, with the ability to effectively coordinate and guide external SEO agencies to ensure alignment with content strategy and performance goals;
  • Monitor content performance and derive actionable insights to enhance both storytelling effectiveness and commercial impact;
  • Manage timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables for multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within a Fashion & Luxury Company;
  • Master’s degree in economics, marketing, or another relevant field;
  • Proven experience in managing multi-market or global projects;
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and content management systems. The knowledge of SFCC Page Designer would be considered as a plus;
  • Experience with Adobe Analytics and data-driven approach to decision-making; familiarity with Contentsquare would be a plus;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; strong passion for the fashion industry with the ability to stay up to date on market trends and competitor strategies within the e-commerce landscape;
  • Knowledge of UX/UI principles related to e-commerce journeys;
  • Good eye for contents/images, product shootings and visual sensibility;
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and attention to details;
  • Fluency in both English and Italian.
