Senior .NET Software Engineer - New Solutions Development (Maintenance-Free)

We work in a hybrid model, with at least three days per week in our Vilnius office.

You will:

• Work in a Vilnius‑based team of five engineers, together with a Product Owner and an Architect
• Use AI tools such as GitHub Copilot and DanskeGPT
• Build new solutions using modern technologies, including AWS and .NET 10
• Design and develop robust backend services based on cloud‑native architecture
• Handle infrastructure deployment and management
• Promote best practices in software development and high code quality
• Contribute to open collaboration and meaningful technical discussions
• Thrive in a self‑organising Scrum team, applying agile principles and continuous improvement
  
  

About you:

• Solid software engineering experience (5+ years)
• Proficiency in .NET
• Commitment to quality through clean, testable code
• Cloud experience (AWS)
• Hands-on experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Terraform
• A focus on empowering others to succeed and grow by sharing deep technical insights
• Demonstrated teamwork and communication skills, coupled with sharp problem-solving abilities
• Experience with Java or a willingness to learn it
• Proficiency in English at an upper-intermediate level or higher

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 4960 EUR to 7440 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
