The Challenge:

• Lead and mentor a software development team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Drive the development of robust and scalable solutions using Java.
• Adapt and enhance existing software components to meet evolving project requirements.
• Collaborate in task refinement, planning, and prioritization with stakeholders.
• Distribute tasks effectively across the team, ensuring alignment and productivity.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of microservices-based architectures.
• Ensure code quality, performance, and best practices across the development lifecycle.

What you bring to the table:

• 4+ years with Java (Java 8 / 17 / 21).
• Strong knowledge of frameworks such as Spring, JEE, and JPA.
• Experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle.
• Hands-on experience building and integrating REST APIs.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control tools like Git.
• Knowledge of monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix, Grafana).
• Understanding of microservices architecture.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Fluency in English.
