We are looking for DevOps & SRE Developer!

Mission: We are looking for a DevOps & SRE Engineer (3rd Line) to ensure the reliability and performance of our production systems. The role focuses on root cause analysis, investigating unknown issues, bug fixing, performance tuning, and active participation in change management. Strong technical and analytical skills are key to ensuring system stability and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Research unknown issues.
• Root cause analysis.
• Problem management and bug fixing.
• Performance tuning (query optimization, code enhancement).
• Change Management.
• Customized layer implementations (corrections and enhancements).
• Implement and provide to the 2nd line new and/or more complex data correction scripts.
• Knowledge base update.
• Identify and escalate issues to the 4th line (product support).

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar.
• Knowledge of databases – SQL, DML, DDL.
• Code development knowledge – Java, PHP, JavaScript, HTML.
• Cloud Platforms/Servers virtualization knowledge is a plus.
• Knowledge of Web Application Architecture (layers and interconnections) is also a plus.
• Ability to adapt to different contexts, teams, and Clients;
• Teamwork skills but also a sense of autonomy;
• Motivation for international projects and ok if travel is included;
• Willingness to collaborate with other players;
• Strong communication skills.
• Good level of english.
