We are looking for an Amazing: Scrum master

Seniority: Middle senior

Type of position: REMOTE ONLY IN PORTUGAL.

The amazing you, will have:

Requirements (Must-have):

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in SAFe or other scaled Agile frameworks.
• Strong facilitation skills across all Agile ceremonies.
• Ability to proactively remove blockers and support delivery.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English.
• Academic background in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or similar).

Nice-to-have:

• Experience with PI Planning and cross-team coordination.
• Coaching mindset with the ability to mentor and develop teams.
