Lead Engineer for Mechanical Installations-Investments

At Gorenje, d.o.o., we are looking for a new employee in the Investment Department – "Lead Engineer for Mechanical Installations"!

Job Description

• preparing work lists for various mechanical installation renovations; heating, ventilation, water supply, sewage, cooling,

• preparation of tenders for obtaining bids for the design of mechanical installations,

• preparation of tenders for obtaining bids in the field of mechanical installations,

• review of received bids and mutual comparison according to various criteria,

• preparation of selection materials for consideration by the selection committee, which is the decision-making body for confirming the most advantageous contractor,

• carrying out final negotiations with the selected contractor,

• preparation of contracts for implementation, review of contracts,

• coordination of the implementation of the work by conducting weekly and daily coordination with contractors,

• confirmation of monthly invoices and signing of minutes of acceptance of work,

• participation in and preparation of investment assessments for all projects related to mechanical installations,

• care for organizing permanent archives.

We expect

• VI. or VII. degree in mechanical engineering, GING is also possible,

• experience in the field of mechanical installation, experience working on construction sites,

• desirable professional exam with registration in the Slovenian Institute of Civil Engineers,

• knowledge of AUTOCAD, Office, Microsoft project,

• knowledge of the Slovenian and English language,

• work experience in the field of managing small projects and coordinating small teams,

• teamwork skills, communication skills,…

• B category exam,

• willingness to travel occasionally.
