Product Manager (B2B SaaS)

We are in a high-growth phase, building an elite product team: fast, high-performance, and talented. We are looking for a hands-on Product Manager who loves being close to the user and the interface.

The Role:

We value product ownership and speed. You are not just a ticket-writer; you are a problem solver. You will own the product discovery process, talking directly to our clients to uncover their real needs and translating those insights into tangible, executable product solutions.

You won't just write specs—you will sketch out the UX, wireframes, and user flows before collaborating with the engineering and design teams. You are "techy" enough to understand the underlying architecture and AI capabilities, allowing you to push the boundaries of what our product can do.

What You Will Do:

• User Discovery: Speak regularly with B2B users and stakeholders to identify pain points, needs, and product opportunities.
• Product Strategy & Execution: Define the "what" and the "why," and work closely with the engineering team to deliver the "how."
• UX Prototyping: Sketch and wireframe the UX of your proposed solutions (using Figma or similar tools) to validate ideas quickly.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience designing and managing B2B SaaS products.
• Customer Empathy: Proven ability to conduct user interviews, gather feedback, and find elegant product solutions.
• UX Skills: You are comfortable sketching user flows and wireframing interfaces. You think in terms of user journeys.
• Tech-Savvy: You understand how software is built. You are comfortable discussing APIs, databases, and AI logic with engineers.
• Bonus: Knowledge of the EdTech space or experience working with LMS (Learning Management Systems) is highly appreciated.

Location & Setup:

• Hybrid: 3 days in the office, 2 days from home.
• Office: Carrer de la Llacuna, 162, Sant Martí, 08018 Barcelona.
