Scrum Master

Do you want to work for an International Service Delivery Center in Spain as a Scrum Master?

You will be part of a cross-functional agile team building a next-generation data management platform within a highly regulated environment. The system is designed using a distributed, event-driven microservices architecture, handling complex workflows, real-time data processing, and integrations with external systems.

In this role you will facilitate and coordinate Agile ceremonies and work closely with other Scrum Masters and Product Owners. You will keep an overview of team activities to spot blockers and bottlenecks, identify and resolve process gaps, coach the team on Agile practices and collaboration, and ensure quality, documentation and regulatory compliance.

With people. Besides your team and manager, you will have several support figures like a godparent, who will help you with the practical and administrative aspects of daily life during your first 6 months.

And the second most important person after you, your mentor, who will guide you through your entire onboarding and career at ERNI. You will have regular 1:1 meetings with them, and recurrently, you will work on your development plan to define your short-, medium-, and long-term goals.

What You Will Bring 🤝

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
• 3–5+ years’ experience as a Scrum Master in software development teams
• Professional Scrum Master, Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe Scrum Master certification preferred
• Strong SAFe knowledge and experience with Agile delivery models
• Basic knowledge of software engineering practices is a plus
• Experience in regulated industries (pharma, healthcare, medical devices) is an advantage
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills
